Phone newbie questions

I would like to try, explore, Dome 2/3, probably first 3. The question for experienced gentleman is how to start in terms on phone... Privacy etc., probably not using your own phones/names. Do you have other cards or how to get that phone number in database?

I realise I might ask stupid question, but humbly asking you were new once also right ;)

You can use phantom card but that will cost alot more.
