should SBF start using quick reply box at the bottom?

most forums nowadays, if not all, incorporate the quick reply box at bottom.

disappointed to see sbf till now still dun have.
mebbe to discourage spamming n flooding, i guess.
even without nonsense posts, the server already lag almost every time i come...

still, mebbe we can put this to a vote to let boss Sam consider?

I don't know what you mean by "server lag". I have so many servers running this forum that the load is less than 50% even during peak hours!:eek: There is loads of capacity to spare. I suggest you take a look at your own connection

I have configured the "quick reply" feature in the other forum Sam's Alfresco Coffee - Powered by vBulletin (http://www.sammyboy.com) and very few people use it. I can easily add it here. However, if I find nobody using it, I'll disable it again as it uses up resources.

I have configured the "quick reply" feature. I can easily add it here. However, if I find nobody using it, I'll disable it again as it uses up resources.

Does not see any different on the quick reply feature. Voted "other" then. It's a "good to have" and not "must have" feature ---my personal opinion.
