Would like to relate a similar situation which happened sometime back. Everytime I think about the lost lead, I kick myself. Met a neighbor who was a frequent gym user - married with a young child. Personally I would not screw my neighbour's WIFE! But if GF, maybe.
Why shit in your own backyard? I would consider getting to know her first at a friendship level and build up rapport.
