The penis has two circular ball bearings insert just below the helmut of the penis.

Some guys insert rectangular shaped ones.

I think the TS misunderstood and took those round lumps to be STDs.

The insertion of ball-bearings makes it easier for the condom to break, due to the odd and un-even shape of the penis. If condom break, you can get STIs or HIV.
