If the cuts are in areas which are not covered by the condom, there is an increased risk of catching HIV and other STDs.

Went to see a doctor and he say there are fissures on the foreskin due to dryness causing the skin to be too tight and unable to expand when pulling back the skin. Recommended me to have circumcision which i think is too scary. Anyway, have started applying moisturiser and it seems to have improved but occasionally the tears or fissures do pop up. :(
