Is money an issue for you? If not then I roughly tell you what you can do. There are 2 great places for you to eat fucking good food, massage, fj, facial, watch TV, internet and sleep till 3am. All in except facial is MYR380+-.

If you cant do any of the above which I reccomend, do not fret!. Take a walk along the MRT track opposite where the shopping centres are around 8-9pm. Dress like a tourist.
