Spend less time at work and more time enjoying yourself. You should also exercise an hour a day 5 days a week.

Supplements can be Brands Essence, Yomeishu, or ginseng drink where you soak ginseng slices in hot water and then drink it. A lot of variety in the market.

One rule I always apply to it is that those that promise fast result in 1 to 2 weeks better skip it, they also tend to be quite expensive. Supplements to improve health should be akin to laying the foundation of a building. If you want a strong foundation to support the building, you will need some time to work on the foundation.

Just my personal opinion.

You need to relax a little.

Try visiting spas or to go for exercises.

Why can't you exercise on your own??? You obviously have no will power whatsoever... a perfect formula for being an absolute loser in life.

Maybe TS can change job. The current job maybe too much for your body to handle.

Absolutely agree on the rule. It's not possible to U-Turn a long term problem overly quickly. Products that promises quick fixes can't be trusted.

Just exercise and have more sleep. Go for a short walk/jog a few times a week.
