Possibly it's a fungal infection or in a worse case will be Pubic Lice.
Either way see a doctor for treatment

Go see the doctor, most prob got to do with your personal hygiene.
Try applying ''snake'' powder around your groin area...

Depends whether you got use your tool or not .. If not, then most probably non STD related.. Go see a doctor.. Keep scratching will lead to further infection..

Fungus, Eczema, Scabies, Lice, Contact Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Lichen Planus
It might be jock itch. I had this before. Just buy those anti fungal cream from pharmacy and apply. And make sure you dry that area after shower.

Quick response to Itch... I had a vasectomy over 20 years ago. My doctor told me that the only problem I would have from it was that occasionally it may itch! Well it has itched for the last 20 years. Always in the same area and on the same side of the groin or ball sack. Luckily it doesn't really happen too often, once or twice a month, so it is not really a problem. But it needs a real scratch before it stops.
Anyone else ever experience this???
