Bro... Actually from the start of pregnancy till baby is out, you both can make love, as per doctors' advise. However, just make sure dun go full force, and dun tire her out. As during pregnancy, though wife usually will be hornier after 4-5 months, however, also one of the dangerous period. And imagine her having a big stomach. So will be more tiring as usual.
