Questions regarding healthy sperms

are healthy sperm supposed to look like this?
anything other than this (yellowish/ lumpy) means its unhealthy?

Healthy semen can be whitish, yellowish, greyish, greenish or in-between. It's just a matter of what you eat that affects the characteristics of semen.

and yes, my physician said that healthy semen/sperm would range from Clear white to Pale yellowish. Other similar colours within the spectrum are much possible.

What affects could be your work (stress) and/or your diet (what you intake). :)

also to note that you would suffer from hematospermia (a medical condition for having blood in your semen/sperm) when it has red coloured in it. the rest is all ok!

you can go for sperm test. They will tell you how many % of your sperm is active after certain time. They will also tell you how your sperm SWIM.. and what colour they are... they all add up to tell if your sperm is healthy

I know Lim kopi alot can make your spermy Yellowish...

So if you wan white white spermy, reduce kopi for tat day. Best dun drink..

Diet & health plays a very important role in the condition of sperms. Healthy lifestyle is the key factor as well.

drink more water. Helps the kidney to flush out the toxins in your body. I know of a guy who doesn't drink enough. Got kidney stones. End up the little pieces of stone damage his urinal tube (or whatever it is called). His sperm got difficulty exiting out of his body. Got blockage or something. Need surgery. Hear already... I went to water parade.
