Guys, I am now at cebu. My 2nd night here. Nothing much happen, only few cracks from the building. Life goes on. BOHOL is the one effected much.

Oh Club Temptation is closed for business. They've been catch by civilian dress police. Th police act as customer. They shut down business due to having bar fine services. some of the bar now, are too scare and there is no bar fine service.

To counter this u make a deal with girl, offer them 3k. Give your hotel room and address, if possible your local mobile number. Thy will meet you after 3am.

Come come and bring along some buddies too...... the situation here is many volunteers are needed for salvage and humanitarian work. The mood of the city is sombre as almost every local here has or knows someone dearest who is victim of the recent earthquake and super typhoon..... be prepared for requests for financial assistance and the number of donation points has increased significantly. Almost every street has someone manning or organizing a donation collection point. Essential supplies are low and sometimes difficult to buy as most are shipped out to the disaster areas..... and make sure you grab some bottled water upon arrival as these has been in shortage in some parts of the city.

Just returned from a 10 day trip between Bohol and Cebu. There are in fact FLs in Bohol. Don't think otherwise, but you need to know where to look. I was strictly on Panglao Island at Alona Beach so that's all I can speak on but here's the info. During the week there isn't much action going on despite it being a tourist spot. You won't find many girls that are openly working, but go to the bars and look for single girls or pairs of girls. I chatted it up with a girl named Anne who was at Coco Vida with a friend of hers and an hour later she was in my room for 2 hours doing all kinds of dirty things for 800 pesos. Sweet girl too, great attitude, great service. Friend sat at the bar for the entire 2 hours she was with me lol. On weekends, head up to the corner of the only road that leads to Alona Beach. There's a bar there called Helmut's. There are some FLs that hang out on that corner and in the bar. Also, across the street a little ways up is a bar called Pinerella's and Ames (sp?) which are full of filipinas. These girls are a little different though. They usually won't approach you. They will eye fuck you though so it's up to you to initiate conversation. Girls there are very open so don't be shy or worry. You can also find FLs sometimes at Birdwatchers on the beach and also walking the boardwalk. Don't pay more than 1500-1800 for LT.
In Cebu, there are multiple girly bars on Mango. I don't know what the big scare is about Mango. It's not nearly as shady as some other famous hooker spots in SE Asia. Just don't be out there looking like an idiot or flashing money and have some sense about you and you'll be fine. My advice though is to create a profile on Dateinasia.com and stay active. I hung out with 3 girls from there in 2 days and received tons of responses from girls. One was a dud and looking for love. Second was a FL and I gave her 1000 pesos for 1.5 hours. Cute girl, super tiny body and tight and very tight. Her name was Grace and she negotiated everything within the first 10 mins I talked to her on the site. Last girl's SN was Vanilla, she goes by Margo, but real name is Arlene as I saw her id when she was going through her stuff. This woman was INCREDIBLE. Ate a cheap dinner with her, walked around the city, she stayed the night, fucked all night and in the morning and never paid her a single peso. I suspect she's still a FL or married to an expat because she took me to her condo which was right off Mango Ave and she lived in a really nice place and had a lot of nice shit. Claimed she works in a hotel and the condo was her aunt's vacation spot but seemed like bullshit to me. Anyway, give the website a shot. There's more than a few FL on there and TONS of women in general. If not, don't be afraid to go down to Mango. I was out there really late alone one night and on foot and had no issue. Cheers

Just got back from a 4d3n tour in cebu.
Some info to share if it's of any help to anyone travelling there.

Cebu is a very safe place to travel. From arrival to departure.

Taxi at arrival are many. Step out turn right you will be greeted by meter and non meter taxis. Take the meter one, it is much much cheaper. I took meter one was 250 peso include tips to Quest Hotel as compare to non meter at 475 peso.

Stayed at Quest hotel book at tiger website for $79++ for a premier deluxe which is a must for smoker. The hotel is a non smoking hotel. In actual fact, book direct at hotel website is cheaper. This hotel is new approx 3.5 years old. Very tight security, all visitors must be with an id. It is troublesome but you will realise is good especially if we are drunk.

Went to mango ave @ J ave disco bar. Entrance is 100 peso with a free beer. Took up the premier vip room and was charged 4000 peso min. spending. If goes in a group of 4 to 5 is definitely worth it. Or you can take up the vip section at @ 3000 peso min spending. It's worth for 3 or 4 kaki whom can drink. Many working girls inside. You need approach them yourself. Waiter not suppose to call them. Must be thick skin a bit. But qualities 7/10 on average. Price asking min 4000 peso. Do not call any girlsat outside of J ave. Many of them are pretty but told by the securities n manager, they are mostly LB. So beware. Not a good place to go for girls. Waste time.

Went to club infinity for 2 nights. Is a fun place and straight forward place. Girls dance on stage and you just request them if you like. Charges are for dancers is 453 peso an hour and normal girls is 350 peso an hour. You can just talk to them and change if you don't like. Many quite nice girls inside. Dancer bar fine 5000 n normal girl 4000. Timing depends on how you discuss with mamasan. Mamasan also will charge 453 peso an hour for her fees. I love this place. Is an old brand in cebu.

walking around is very safe. Especially near hotels. Definitely not to walk into small alleys.

After some reading and research i Just wanted to get some additional info from experience samsters in cebu.

Nope, there's direct flight to Cebu. You can check out Cebu Pacific and Tigerair.

For Cebu Pacific, there's only one direct flight to and fro everyday. It's a midnight flight. I took the midnight flight and reached my hotel at around 5.30am. Tried my luck to see whether I could check in early and surprisingly they allow me to check in early without any extra charges.

Not sure for Tigerair though. I think they don't have flight to Cebu on certain days.

Went to J Ave for 2 nights. The first night was a Sat, and the crowd was good, partly because there was also a Korean DJ spinning. The place was filled with Korean teens, with a little of local FL and LB.

Brought a FL back for 2.5k on the 2nd night, where she initially quoted 4k. Back in hotel room, we did it for quite a while, but I can't seem to cum, probably due to the condom and liqour. Below my personal findings:

Last night I visited several Bikini Bars / KTVs:
+ Arena KTV
+ Infinity KTV
+ Planet X
+ Dimples
+ Viking
+ Some others I forgot the names of

From the 5+ Bikini Bars / KTVs I visited only Arena KTV girls matched my requirements with regards to looks (slender + attractive face). Unfortunately the prices at Arena KTV are significantly higher than the other places.

I was quoted PHP 600 - PHP 800 for 1 hour lady drink.
PHP 600 is for 'Cebu Girls'.
PHP 800 is for 'Manila Girls'.

But in reality some Cebu girls fall in the Manila category and vice versa. So one could simply see it as Grade A and Grade B.

In addition to the above relatively high prices for a lady drink, when you buy an initial lady drink, the mamasan will charge her own lady drink for having supported you with the selection.. This only happens for the first lady drink for your whole evening but still.. It doesn't make sense to me and to my knowledge this rule only applies at Arena KTV.

Also Arena KTV is the only KTV I visited which charges a PHP 200 entrance fee, which I have no problem with as Arena KTV is the nicest of the KTVs I visited (nice layout, spacious).

So you have Private VIP Rooms upstairs at Arena KTV for PHP 1,500. While I did not go for a VIP Room to my understanding this PHP 1,500 is treated as minimum order, so you can use it as credit to for example get a Cebu Girl and an own drink for up to PHP 400 (PHP 600 Lady Drink, PHP 600 for Mamasan, up to PHP 400) if you only stay for 1 hour.

The Bar Fine (which includes the complete package and the girl in general will not expect an additional tip as requirement) I was quoted was ridiculously high. Something in the range of PHP 6,800 for Cebu Girls and PHP 9,600 for Manila Girls..

Also, Arena KTV charges an additional 10% service tax on your bill..

For comparison, Bar Fines at the other KTVs I was quoted were in the range of PHP 3,000 - PHP 4,500 and lady drinks at the other KTVs were like PHP 250 - PHP 400, but some were for like 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes.

So what many guys do, which has been confirmed by a former Arena KTV girl I did bring home last night, is that they go for the Private Room at Arena, then agree with the girl that she will come to your place after she is done with work for like PHP 3,000 - PHP 4,000 going directly into her own pocket.

I had read online that many KTV girls head to J Ave. after they finish work around 3:00 AM. So I headed over to J Ave. around 2:00 AM and the club was packed. There were 3 types of girls:

1. Sexy Dressed Filipino Girls (tight tube dresses, high heels)
2. Casually Dressed Filipino Girls
3. Casually Dressed Korean Girls

I reply that that unfortunately is too high, but that I am able to agree with PHP 3,000 if we leave immediately. I indicate I would like her to leave around 9:00 AM and she counters that PHP 3,000 is for short time only. I reply that I've been told that my service is pretty good and that if agrees that my servicing is good, she should stay after our first session, but she is free to leave if my service isn't that great.. ;) She laughs and we head to my hotel.

We have an amazing session, she confirms my service is 'Amazing..' and we both just fall asleep. At 8:00 AM we wake up and do a nice morning session after which she takes a quick shower and we share our contact information prior to her leaving. I am planning to see her again after I come back from my diving trip.

So she explained to me that she used to be a Dancing Girl at Arena KTV for 4 months and when she tried freelancing at J Ave while she was working at Arena KTV she liked it a lot more due to the freedom it provided. She indicated that she only goes on Friday and Saturday and usually goes with a guy once or twice every 2 weeks. She runs an own small shop during the week. The above could be totally untrue, but who cares.

She also explained to me that all the Sexy Filipino Girls at J. Ave are freelancers and that if I go next time I can just immediately ask "How much if you join me for the night?", which I am not planning to do haha.

I am sticking with my line to simply ask "Hello, I think you look great. Would you like to dance with me?" and IF she is indeed a "Fishing Girl" this should become clear within the first 3 - 5 minutes.

So based on my above experience I recommend to definitely check out Arena KTV as in my opinion you will get to see the hottest Bikini Bar Girls in Cebu. I am personally not that much into Filipino Girls but there were several attractive girls at Arena KTV.

IF you really want to get a specific Arena KTV girl to your room, get a private VIP room at Arena KTV and agree with the girl that she comes to your hotel after she's done with work, which should be around 3:00 AM.

A solid source for freelancers is J. Ave, which is the path I am going to stick with for Cebu. Where you should be able to get a nice freelancer for PHP 2,000 - PHP 3,000. I am guessing girls quote PHP 4,000 by default and I am personally totally fine with PHP 3,000. What you could consider is indicating you will pay PHP 2,500 and tip an additional PHP 500 if you're very happy with her service.

A final point which may be good to know, my girl told me that Lady Boys are not permitted at J. Ave, but there are 3 Lady Boys which still manage to get in to J. Ave for one reason or another. Just follow the rule that if something doesn't feel 100% just don't go for it, your instinct naturally protects you to stay straight.. :)

Bohol is just about 45-60 mins ferry away from Cebu....Tourist place, relaxed and laid-back place, friendly people there. Have not been back there for a while....To move around, I had a driver + minibus (van). My favourite stay was Bohol Beach Club (Panglao island). In the evening you can have a chef to BBQ for you by the beach, and have portable karaoke to sing.....Could see tourist groups from Taiwan as well.

My suggestion is to have a girlfriend with you.....if you are single, maybe you wanna go Cebu 1-2 days earlier to "hunt" for a nice lady to go with you....

Mango Avenue agogo bar is still better than arena KTV which is expensive and overrated. The girls can go out for barfine with a minimum of 4K peso. Do negotiate with them on how long you want them to stay before barfining. J Avenue is a dead place now and so it’s not worth going. There’s a new shopping mall SM Mall (seaside). It’s Super big but damn far as the traffic is horrible. For smokers, good luck to you. Now you can’t smoke anywhere you like. They have designated smoking point and you can only smoke from there. Whole shopping mall only one smoking point and you can’t smoke on the road. A 10,000 peso fine awaits you upon violation. But the good thing is that you can smoke in all the bars in mango Avenue. Deal is done indoors in the clubs and discreetly too. Number of bars and clubs left only a handful and scattered all over town.

Previously it is a common sight to see foreigner punters hand in hand with pinay strolling around and nobody cares...... but now locals stare at you if you walk around with a young pinay. That's why FLs now reluctant to go out and prefer to stay in hotel room.

Not worth going to Cebu for pussymongering anymore..... but it is still worth a visit for touristy trip..... remember to bring along your family too.

Just did a trip to Cebu. Was solo most of the time so not sure if accurate but my experience is so-so. Visited random bars, clubs and ktvs. From what some of the girls and touts say KTV is the best already for straight forward fun & action. Clubs also not bad can find a lot of WL.

Didn't manage to try the clubs, but got a lot of people in Cebu tell me that need to be careful in clubs as people might steal your stuff quite often (also on streets at night if you not careful- avoid groups of small kids).

1 bad thing about Cebu is that the nightlife places a bit scattered all over, so need to cab from one place to another (instead of e.g. Bangkok where a lot of stuff around Sukhumvit). Also surprisingly a lot of ladyboys - so just be careful when picking up girls especially in clubs or if along streets.
