Its a good idea bro... But if u meant to bring in those power-house types like Saori Hara, Akiho Yoshizawa, Kaede Matsushima etc etc I guess it will definitely be super costly to engage them.. except for those high-earning bros..

Alternatively, if I may suggest, maybe you can try instead bring in those normal Jap FL with more affordable/reasonable prices to cater to the masses of tiko bros here.. Of cuz, without comprimising on their looks and services too... Language barrier is not much of a issue imho as we can always use hand or body signs to signify what we want..
