Testicular discomfort during sexual activity?

sorry if this is a little weird
i don't if this is normal but when more scrotum gets licked, apart from the good feeling i get, i also feel something else that i don't know how to explain, it feels something like pain but i can't be sure. it just feels uncomfortable and sometimes cause me to involuntarily inhale or gasp from the pain/ discomfort. is it because the testis is such a sensitive organ? or maybe when my scrotum is getting attention they sort of press against the testis causing pain?

however when i used my own hands to grab my scrotum and move it around (so sorry i really don't know any other way to describe this) it does not hurt.or anything and i don't intend to press it until something hurts! also i don't experience any pain during intercourse or running.or any other physical activity, just the licking part.

Drink cranberry juice and clear up your system. One time I went without sex for two months and the CJ clearned it up. BTW I dont jack off and did not have a FB or GF for that period and not into paid sex.

thanks for the reply but i dont see how cranberry juice has anything to do with my question. isnt cranberry juice for the prevention of cysts, infections or cancer?
