Pearly Penile Papules a disease or deformation or STD???

My friend had this papules for awhile now and it has since stopped growing, thought that he had contracted STD but 1 year is way too long for the symptoms of HIV, Syphillis and Gonorrea to show. Experiencing some slight burning around the penile glands. Need some advice on this. It started with only 2 papules but now there is like more than 20 papules. Already dismissed the possibility of Yeast infection or STD. Need help!!! thanks in advance!

What you are describing seems like Kaposi's Sarcoma.

But i agree with the others in this thread, go and ask you friend to be tested
asap. This is the only real way to find out

Try to google for fordyce spots or penile pearly papules, these are deem normal and don't affect your health condition. If do not engage in risky activities, do not need to worry too much, just visit DSC at kelantan lane..for a checkup to confirm.
