Germs are everywhere, there are germs in the listerine or cap even your mouth got germs. Your immune system are able to handle them, if you talking about STDs they are unable to survive outside the body ;)

Don't be so paranoid. HIV cannot survive long outside the body. Besides, Listerine is an antiseptic. It's main purpose is to KILL GERMS and bacteria (although not virii). So that bottle is the cleanest thing in her room.

Lastly, when you bring the listerine cap to your mouth, don't hold the cap against your lips. Hold it so that your thumb is between the cap and your lips, then sip from it. The liquid flows from the cap, over your thumb, then into your mouth. There is no direct contact. Easy and safer.

HIV is very fragile outside the body. A spot of bleach will kill it instantly.

Braddah it depends on the hygine of the cup you used. Can be Herpes transmission from cup and/or bottle if you drank directly. Also, Hepitatis. If the gal did BBBJ and backwash into bottle and you drank maybe injest some semen.
