Dear SBF Sifus/Bros,

Me & my gf of 5years always have safe sex and we usually only have raw sex during safe time but no problem at all.

But recently problem arise where whenever we have raw sex after that she will have itchiness and dotdot's at her private parts. I do not know if this is called yeast infection as personally I'm not very sure if I causes the problem as I found some white white "cream" in my privates parts from the hair itself.

She has been to the women specialist and they put some pills inside thought it has been cured few months back and we started raw again but it comes back. I have no itchiness at all from my side just the white things probably the yeast.

Any medicine from the pharmacy that could help out?

Please advise bros. TQvm

Just because you have no symptoms doesn't mean you aren't harboring an infection.

She needs to find out from her doctor what she's suffering from so that you can be treated at the same time.

Chances are she was prescribed Flagyl which is the brand name for the generic drug Metronidazole (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metronidazole).

There is no point in her taking it unless you take it too as you will be infected with the same organisms that she has. All you'll do is reinfect her every time you have unprotected sex.

From wiki :

Metronidazole is indicated for the treatment of:
[edit] Bacterial

* Bacterial vaginosis, commonly associated with overgrowth of Gardnerella species and coinfective anaerobes (Mobiluncus, Bacteroides), in symptomatic patients

* Pelvic inflammatory disease in conjunction with other antibiotics such as ofloxacin, levofloxacin, or ceftriaxone

* Anaerobic infections such as Bacteroides fragilis, spp, Fusobacterium spp, Clostridium spp, Peptostreptococcus spp, Prevotella spp, or any other anaerobes in intra-abdominal abscess, peritonitis, diverticulitis, empyema, pneumonia, aspiration pneumonia, lung abscess, diabetic foot ulcer, meningitis and brain abscesses, bone and joint infections, septicemia, endometritis, or endocarditis

* Pseudomembranous colitis due to Clostridium difficile

* Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy, as part of a multi-drug regimen in peptic ulcer disease

* Dental infection of bacterial origin, such as periapical abscess, periodontal abscess, acute pericoronitis of impacted or partially erupted teeth; often used in conjunction with Amoxicillin

[edit] Protozoal

* Amoebiasis: Infections caused by Entamoeba histolytica.[1]

* Giardiasis: infection of the small intestine caused by the ingestion of infective cysts of protozoan Giardia lamblia.[1]

* Trichomoniasis: infection caused by Trichomonas vaginalis, which is a common cause of vaginitis and is the most frequently presenting new infection of the common sexually transmitted diseases.[1]

Infections don't make judgement calls. Either or both parties could have caught the infection from somewhere else.;)

The fact remains that both have to be treated simultaneously or the infection will simply be passed back and forth.

I hate all this fucking "drink more water", "heaty", "cooling" crap. If some bloody bug is eating away at a pussy or dick, no amount of water is going to make a damned difference!

Bacteria, Fungi and Protozoa need to be treated with DRUGS! There is no other way.

Is this problem solvable and dangerous for life?

should I consult a doc or just get a medicine from the pharmacy? I do not want to pass the disease to my partner if im the one who causes all the problems.

Please advise.

TQ

I've already told you what to do. You and your girl need to be treated simultaneously.

Make an appointment to see a doctor together so that the treatment can be administered to both of you at the same time.

You can't get the medicine from a pharmacy without a prescription.

Your advice is fine and dandy if there are no other complications.

However, I always recommend seeing a medical professional for the simple reason that there may be some underlying problem that needs to be diagnosed and treated.

For example, the girl may have dysplasia which is the precursor to something a lot more serious. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dysplasia

Why risk a life just to save a bit of embarrassment and a few dollars???
