Trim large video into parts

Is there any tools that able to trim large video into smaller parts and able to join all the parts together after downloading? Appreciate all feedbacks from brothers in here. Thanks! :)

I prefer using winrar to split up the file. Which part of the file is damaged during downloading are reported when combine.
