All you have to do is participate. You don't have to post pearls of wisdom. All you need to do is interact with other members in a normal manner and you'll be out of moderation in no time at all.

All posts are published. The only difference is that in the newbie section, you get to see them straight away whereas in the other sections, the messages have to go through the moderation queue.
