Perfectly allright. But to me, there are some nipples that doesnt appeal much, like nipples which are too brown or just too erected or the aerola is too huge and dark. Not really about hyegine and diseases, but more about personal preference.

I disagree, I have researched this question for many years and only one proven case of HIV from oral contact and it was someone that had a tooth pulled that day.
HIV must enter from blood to blood contact, unless your throat, gums had ulcers or open wounds HIV couldn't not enter through swallowing.
HIV guidelines for gay sex in Australia do not encourage condom use for HJ's only penetrative sex.
You are more likely to catch Clamida, and other STI through oral fluids.
