Spouse informed for Husband tested positve for HIV

If a Singaporean is HIV positive. can he seek medicational help in other country example (Malaysia, etc..) "without" his Spouse being informed?

Because, what i understand is that if a Singaporean is positively tested for HIV in Singapore Clinic and want to seek medication assistance, the government will inform their spouse.

What is the other alternatives if an individual want to seek medical help without his spouse finding out?
