What do they mean by "Chinese bros" only

Hi Bros,

Not sure if this is where I can post this noob question, but I need some clarification on this matter. When a post states "Chinese bros" only, does it actually mean the bro must speak Chinese or just look Chinese (fair skin) or both. I'm Thai-Chinese (Cantonese from my mom's side) but I can't speak the motherland language to save myself. Does this qualify me in those "Chinese Bros" only posts? Thanks in advance for your insights bros.

they are referring to the race 'chinese'..
not white, not malay, no black, no indian, etc
