it is at your best interest to build up your body through healthy diet and exercise.

when we are old and frail, these 'supplements' can always be used. Key is dont use them too early in the game or else there is nothing left to play in old age!

If you are a 1 shot guy and has no problem with erections, then you don't need them.
Unless you are doing 2 shots in 90-120 mins and want to get your money worth, then maybe you will like to take it.

I have tried Viagra, but it didnt do anytihng for me! I was kinda dissapointed! I got it from a friend for free who works in a pharmacy. The only side effect i got was a blocked nose (typical listed minor side effect) as it dialates your blood vessles to pump more blood through the body. My friend who is a doctor told me it wont do much if you dont need it, hence no effect on someone who doesnt require it!
