I am nine9nine and have been in forum for past 5 years. Of late I probably did not log in more than a year and forgotten my password. The frustration was I could not answer random questions set by admin eg

What is the colour of the sun or king of pop star is Michael _______

I tried yellow, red, orange, jackson but of no use. Kindly guide me to my previous ID so I can retrieve important datas from my inbox. Many thanks.

To verify my real identity, the previous nick and this belong to the same email address I used to register. So I hope admin can assist me in this matter. Many thanks.

You mentioned that the old nic and new nic are using same email address. This is impossible because you can't register a new nic using an email address that associated to another nic. So chances is the old nic was deleted from the system database due to inactivity for a continous long period. In that case you can't login at all even with the correct password because the nic no longer exist. You really need to seek help from the forum administrator.
