Unless you have procured something "illegal", I dun see how by sharing yr experience will implicate you

If not mistaken, implication will only apply when the person openly writes a price for "marketing" the girl then we can address it as an offense. We can relate the term pimp upon that situation (No offenses to anyone in this forum). illegal or not u guys can refer from the news back in 2011 where a poly student was catch although not in relation to what we are doing.
What we did was describing a situation and not public soliciting. Hope i'm not wrong, my 2 cents worth...

I dun think anything wrong, we are consumer sharing the pricing and service with each others.

I agree, we only sharing; hard to prove that we are soliciting.
Only implication is when OC reads YOUR FR... ;P

Of course not. This is just a creative writing club where we share our story writing skills with each other.... everybody knows there are no dirty HC in Singapore. :D

FRs are juz yr personal opinion which is not legally binding. the reader bears the risks if there are any inaccuracies, such as the damages and quality. if the FR speaks ill of a certain shop, you are not goin to see the shop taking legal action against the Samster, would u? guess Samsters will have to take FRs with a pinch of salt as there are lots of Sabo-King Samsters around who exaggerate their FRs to get more points. I guess some samsters are afraid to post damages n specials for fear of being zapped.

firstly, i seemed to recall SBF boss saying that this forum does not track IPs, so from the forum moderator/boss side, privacy is assured. Of course, it is trivial for your ISP to track which IP addresses logs onto SBF, at what time etc.
Use a VPN if you're worried about this.
Secondly, it is more legal to prove that you are a pimp through the FL/masseuse, than through your FR. Let's say you post an FR and offer to share the details to select people. One of them is an undercover officer who then visits the FL and arrests her and asks her who is this person sharing her contact on SBF. She can then say that it's her pimp (ie she pays him a commission and hence he is living off her income) or it's a friend (ie she doesn't pay him a commission). Depending on how she implicates you, the TS, will define whether you end up in court or not.
I'm not a lawyer, but this is how I'd see the law lor.

i like Bro Stiffness's answer. thats why, i was wondering if we should just get on with damages & not quote actual values. as long as you dont pay or talk about paying, it cant be illegal.
and talk of payment can probably be done in PM like sharing the ctc.

not sure what you mean by 'damages' and 'actual values'.
bear in mind:
a. So long as the prostitute is not underage
b. So long as you are not the pimp
it is not illegal for you to visit a prostitute, so hiding damages or payment won't make a difference.
but while it's not illegal to visit a FL, there is nothing to stop the police from taking down your details or asking you to 'help with the investigations', especially if they have your hp number (courtesy of the FL or pimp/contact person on SBF etc).
