Not trying to be a busybody or hero boss , not sure whether you are joking or you really deduct TS points . As this sections has the introduction

I think that its unfair to deduct the TS points.
And the TS is also partly to be blame, had been a member for 4 years already and need people to spoon feed him such question. :o
