You'r at liberty to post wherever you want during the moderation period. The only difference is that there is a delay before your posts appear.

Is there any way you can help me re write the forum preamble above so that it can be understood by those with below average intelligence? If you succeed, I'll be forever grateful.

Lol sam.. We could change the preamble a thousands times and still
people would be asking the same question.. They simply can't be bother to read it..:)
