Hi bros

Need some advice here. For the past 1 year, i have been having this problem and have seen my GP but he also got no advice. So just wanna see if this has occurred to anyone else.

It started with some form of erectile dysfunction from lil bro, will erect but will not be firm or stiff. Took viagra and cialis which settled the problem of getting stiff. Then now is that either when i cum, no sperm or sperm come out but very watery.

Anyone has similar problems? If yes, can advice if any medical treatment? Tks in advance!!

you need to know what is semen and what's sperm
low semen volume could be due to a few factors.
low level of testosterone being one of the most common factor..
pop some supplement and see if it helps..

You're not making sense. In your opening post, you said "very watery" which means you don't have a problem with semen production.

As to how much sperm there is you can't tell just by looking with the naked eye. Sperm can only be seen under a microscope.

Anyway, here is thing....to me, after sex when u ejaculate, semen coming out is suppose to be thick and the colour is somewhat milky. For me, there are 2 scenario....1, when time for climax...i feel the urge to come, but nothing shoot out. 2, when something do come out, it is always very clear and watery, not semen like at all.

Doc suspect it is some vein block and i have went for a scan, its called varicose veins. Doc recommended to go for ops to cut the veins out but i have done my own research and have gotten mixed reviews on this treatment.....thus my reason to come SBF for advice.....

your doctor is suppose to feed you with all those advice/answers
did you ask him exactly what is wrong with the vein?
how many veins are blocked/infected??
ask about the downside and also if you will get ED if you remove the veins..
check also if there is a treatment for it besides surgery.
just ask as many questions as possible and then decide for yourself with their professional advice..

I am scheduling for a second opinion although its kinda weird to have someone touching your balls and examine it, especially if its a guy. I was hoping to get some insights if anyone have similar experience. Hahaha....seem like im the lucky winner here.

Then you'll know more and can ask the Doc more questions, types of treatments, day surgery, recovery process, when u can next bonk etc.
