Law issue about having sex with freelancer

Hi folks. Got a question here and may I ask help from you guys?

In Singapore. if I pay for sex to freelancer, and caught by policeman in hotel, will I be in any trouble? The girl is above 21 years old. I am asking this because last night in Channel 8, it seems police checked some hotel around Geylang and arrest some freelancers. But for person who paid for it, will there be any trouble?

Not at the moment in Sinkapo. But some countries like in S Korea, the authority will also charge the customer. In Sinkapo, the police will only make you testify against the FL. Your bioadata will be recorded but no criminal offence recorded.

However, if you pay for sex with a FL who is under 18 years of age, you will be in deep deep trouble! Better check the FL's passport or NRIC before u unzip your pants and enter her, man! :p

But what if the customer is younger (say 16 years old) than the FL (say, 17 years old), will the 16 years old guy be charged like the rest of the older men? :D
