I also don't know does point and zap stands for but there some kind soul told me I have been zap till (-) neg. 5 reason being zap kinda weird ha. Can someone enlighten me?

Not sure where went wrong, so advise me ask the boss here.

maybe you offended someone at here,so they zap u..but sometimes u get zap for whatever reasons,and lastly...why u care so much abt the points? the points can change for free burgers or free sex at here,rite? :p
