Hi I have a question sorry for being a newbie :( . I can only up someone once right? So the next day I cannot up his rep again correct?? Thanks for hearing me out :D

why do you have to be sorry for being a newb?:confused:

yes, you can only use the rep system once every 24 hours.
and you have to give reputation to 1000 other members first before you can vote for a particular member again
