How come sometime posted in someone thread n it already appeared n after some hours or half a day.. It being deleted , so can we do that if we create our own thread n someone post in reply, can I delete if I don't like that???

Only spam threads are deleted.

post are removed for a few reasons..
at time the ts will request to remove the thread for personal reasons..
spam post are removed by the admin/moderators too..
