i found out this fact please take note as i am cititel hotel regular customer.
if you stay in cititel
you can call to the spa ctr for action from your hotel telephone.
the guy from the spa will offer you 2 pakage:
1st-only f-service no massage rm200
then
2nd-f-service +massage=rm2++
but if you ask the 2nd pakage...which i try out 3-4 time call up to my hotel room .what they give is girl with 5/10 rate or even i got 3/10 once!

In my KL experience, cititel is one of few with such a big places (if i m not wrong, they hv at 2 floors) and lotsa of girls to choose from.

A little confused, I'm not Cititel regular (fr Sillypore) ... but few times I go, captain always say cannot choose from line up.
