I've dealt with Eve's before and my experience was different. The agent came across as professional and very patient. Maybe because I choose to communicate via email, the response is not immediate, but it was timely and effective. The agent was responsive to my questions and was good with advice and ultimately did not fuss even when I didn't make any booking in the end.

I had a relook at the messages and I am glad that I did not book. I missed out one red flag - when I ask for hotel A, eve says the girl got personal issues with the hotel. Personal issues...so i play safe by probing further - I asked whether she offended the hotel staff or she is underage (maybe got discovered for using another person's IC?) Well, instead of assuring me that she is not underage or suggest I can check IC, eve get pretty frustrated and say VIP book that hotel.,.happy now? I think such insulting response is unwarranted. While some samsters have lend their support by vouching honest and professional, honesty and professional are not what I experienced - girl has personal issues with hotel, or VIP booking or customer book earlier? I don't know...which one is the honest answer or just random frustrated insults that came to eve mind when I asked too much. Glad that I didn't book. No risks
