it is probably in the download folder
use the search function in your OS if u cannot locate the file there.
the file name is displayed when u download the file

100% does not mean "completed", I had to redo the download.

Oops, the lastest version does mean completed.

Depending on which browser you used, try looking e.g. FireFox under Tools > Options > Downloads and check where the file is saved.
