getting caught hanky panky at MP

Hi all, newbie here. Just wanna ask, what happens if you get caught by police or anti-vice doing dirty stuff at massage place, what will happen to you? I read the post by sammyboy, but he only said the police will take down your particulars and thats why he advise not to give fake nric during registration. But what happens after that? will you get charged in court, or kena fine or given warning letter or smth.
