Activation Not Being Received (Admin Take Note)

I have a work colleague that has been trying to register a nick on this forum
but no activation email is sent.

He is using a gmail account

I tried registering on his behalf also no use, no activation email was sent.

Seems problem started after the 11th of march 2014

Can any admin see what the issue is?
