I have a friend who has been renting out a room in his home for the past five years. Well, tenants cum and go and he had a few bad experiences where tenants did not pay the rent, citing financial difficulties etc.

A few months ago, he rented out a room to a young and pretty lady. After staying for a month, she asked him if she could put off paying the rent as she has some "financial trouble". My friend was kinda sceptical as this lady is a frequent party goer who has her own car. But having a soft spot for sweet young things, he agreed.

Guess what? She kept giving him excuses and now owes him three months' rent! I told him he should just cut his loses and evict her but he has been having some funny ideas. He's thinking of demanding sex from her in lieu of the rent. What do you guys think? Should he do it? Has any bro ever received sex in place of money from their tenants?

Interesting proposition although it is always not advisable mixing business with pleasure. For example, if he fucked her twice, then one fuck = 1.5 months of rent. That could be an expensive fuck. What if she enjoys the fucks and then continues to stay for free rent and fucks? Now he ended up with an unplanned quasi-mistress. Of course the worse case would be some very unpleasant situation, though remotely possible.
