Hi i am new to reputation system. I want to learn to up and zap. I read up on how to do it. But i couldnt find any Icons or Scale I could press to up ppl reputation point. Can anyone enlighten me how? Or is there a problem with my account. Thanks in advance

You are still under moderation so you cannot use the rep system. The scales icon will not show up till you are out of moderation.

Once you are out of moderation, the scales will be visible. However, you need to gain power before you can add points. You get your first point of power after you reach 40 points or more.
