TCM emphasize on balance. Hence, any recommendation given before checking your current physical condition by a trained professional is irresponsible and could be harmful to you.

But, there is a golden rule for TCM in terms of 養生. It says,
藥補不如食補, 食補不如氣補.

Meaning: Taking the right herbs to enhance your body performance is less desirable than having the right diet. However, it is best to have the right amount of exercise.

Bro,
Have you tired her before ? As in seek treatment from her before.
Seems like she does everything, btw was considering seeking treatment
to quit smoking.

Regards.

No, I've never tried any TCM treatment before so usual disclaimer applies. ;)

For me, the formula is very simple: Quality sleep + regular exercise + meditation + herbal tonic/supplements = vitality and peak sexual health!

Simple but requires consistent discipline, especially the exercise regime.

Thats always the issue for me "discipline", never seem to keep to things

Like many bros here, I started experiencing ED as early as in my late 20s/early 30s. Work stress + GF stress + financial stress etc slowly eating my sex life away. Of course, ED pills are instant but only a short-term solution. Finally I told myself enough is enough! Sign up for a gym membership and engaged a personal trainer to keep myself accountable to my fitness goals; took supplements and started meditating every night to enjoy a restful slumber. Oh yes, having a balanced diet is also very important.

Whenever I start to slack or feel lazy, I will take a look at my idol Donnie Yen and think: Damn! This guy is 10 years older than me but he looks 10 years younger and fitter than me! That will get my butt moving again... :o

Does it help to overcome ED?

Does it help to overcome ED?

Yes it does! Slowly but surely, I can see results happening: My fitness level has improved significantly, I am more alert, less tired, and my ED is almost 80 to 90% cured. During my ED days, it could be so bad that I can't even get my dick erect properly when I want to bonk or PCC no matter how much stimulation I received... nowadays, I experience more slumber/unconscious erections, and can easily erect when I'm visually or mentally stimulated, without much physical stimulation involved.

The other 10 to 20% that is not cured yet is the ability to stay rock hard during sex, just like when I was in my teens and early 20s. Nowadays my dick will not turn flaccid, but the hardness is still lacking somewhat. My ultimate goal is to be able to totally wean off the need of ED pills and yet able to stay rock hard during sex!

It has not been an easy journey and requires lots of discipline, focus and self-belief. But I reckon that this is still a more viable long term solution to improve my overall health, fitness and sex life!
