u need rep power to zap or up other people rep points.
and inorder to have any rep power, u first must have enough rep points

You can redeem every 100pts for a S$10 NTUC voucher

To redeem the voucher send an email to [email protected]

Tell them your nick, your name and address, they will mail you the S$10 voucher within a week
