power activation

I have 45 rep points now, but my power is still at 0.

I am able to approve/disapprove posts, but when I check my user CP, it says that I don't have any rep power.

Is this a visual glitch or does it take some time to kick in? :confused:

u need a min of 10 post before the rep power kicks in.
