Now ICA has already installed a new biometric system by NEC. The girls fingerprints are scanned into the system before they are sent back. When the system is fully implemented (means for all in-coming foreigners), the system will automatically alert the custom officer for "blacklisted" people. So they will get into more deep shit if they re-enter sg using another ID.

hehehe our gov have not fully implemented the system but in china they already have counter. In china the gals can have plastic surgery to alter fingerprints. i dun thk many PRCs, if given d choice will want to return bk to their country. It's like efforts all wasted havin paid a lump sum to come here n wk.

PDMMs especially, brought their kids here at a very young age. Most of d kids come here to start their primary education.
