Help will be appreciated from seniors and old bird

Hi i'm new to making post and starting new thread. Help and guidance will be deeply appreciated from any senior or old bird if any were to be willing to point out what i did not right or what should i improve on and advices if there's some too. I'm not new to this forum had been here quite some times and trying out a few seniors and old timer recommendation but didn't wrote any fr. Now hoping to be able to post my fr which i feel that is indifference from my experience that i should share with all the kakis out there. Also would recommend some of my personal humble recommendation to serious bro out there. Thanks a million in advance. :)
