Guys are funny creatures and i admit i am one too...we may have an above-average looking wife/girlfriend but we still have FwBs because we long for variety...sometimes the FwB can look way lousier than the wife but the feeling of fucking a different woman from your partner is different...

For me its because of different mentalities. I love my gf and really care about her, we connect and communicate well. But she believes in sex only after marriage which i dont agree with.
