Reshuffling ensures that everyone has a fair go at top spot.

IMHO, this shuffling system does not work, is messy, and a big headache for us all.

1. the timing of all the threads are jumbled up. for example, some girls may work only from 2 to 6pm. we bump the thread at 2pm, it goes somewhere in the middle or lost in translation. when it finally reaches the top, it may already be 7pm (of which the girl is off already), and we have to reject all enquires right up to the following day.

2. branding of agencies are illusional. bros here will have a hard time finding the particular agency they wanna frequent. the threads are all separated into bits and pieces. some bros only have limited time to source for girls which definitely causes a big major problem.

3. it is ultimately fair that we bump our threads every 2 hourly. for us who have 10 threads and above, it is a major disadvantage ( and what for pay more for more headache?) y not just pay the normal premium, upload 5 threads and then wait for it to shuffle. then delete 5 threads and up new 5 threads. does that create a bigger headache for admin? we just need to cut and paste then, but will u admin have the time to cater to our needs every 2 hours? will u serve every agency fairly?

4. for agents who wakeup early to post their threads, i believe it is justified that their threads get to go up first isnt it?

5. i have a suggestion that if u wanna shuffle it, do it in (AGENCY FORM), as in shuffle the respective agencies' threads in a lump. in that case it will not be that messy. and every agency will have their daily threads at the top.

6. old school style has always been cool, why bother to revamp it? no one has any complains isnt it?

I'll fine tune it so that everyone is happy. The change only affects the top half of the forum so those who wake up early are still rewarded for their efforts. ;)

I do agree wif cacophonous. It kinda messy. If people didn't realise the announcement made on top, they would have thought something is wrong wif sbf format.

Wats the point of paying our thread when our threads had been messy around. Bumping of threads make it fair for all of us. Sometimes i find it hard to find mine too. Would really appreciate it will back to wat it used to be for everyone convenience. :)

The problem is resistance to change even though the new system is much better.

Things like number of threads and 2 hour limits had to be imposed because everyone was fighting for the top.

With this system nobody has to fight and you don't have to worry about time limits and breaching conditions.

The shuffle only affects the top half of the first page which is about 20 posts. The system does not take the top post and put it on page 2 or 3 so the visibility is always there.

As for finding your own posts I find it hard to believe because I can always find all my posts simply by clicking on my own nick. :rolleyes:

Totally agree. Its confusing and messy before the changes made this afternoon.

Point 5 will be a great suggestion if shuffling must be implemented, at least it still maintain the neatness for users viewing the threads.
