I doubt if anyone here can help. Why don't you see a doctor.
It is important to rule out possible underlying causes which could be dangerous if left untreated.

Bro,
U need to know the cause of the tinnitus.
Long term exposure to loud sound? Infection? Allergy?
Most are unknown causes.
Go see an ENT (ear nose throat) Specialist.

As far as I know there is no known cure and the best treatments are either an exercise that provides relief http://health.learninginfo.org/tinnitus.htm or therapy sessions to redirect the negative association. I get it from time to time but nowhere serious and use the drumming exercise.
