How to get rid of Adfly internet cancer, ebola, aids, sars, plaque, etc

I am having this very annoying experience with the Adfly thing. Whenever i try to watch or download stuffs, the cancerous adfly always redirect to other unrelated website and it is damnn annoying. I almost feel like punching my PC.
I am not very good in computer stuffs so can you guys please help me with the adfly redirecting thing. Thanks alot bros.
