Anyone know of an IT expert willing to help track the whereabouts of someone via their mobile number?

Did inquire several PI's but felt not worth to spend so much money on this person.

If they are using smart phone like Apple or samsung or other. Your just set their phone to location ON without them notice then you cantrack them.

Any other you need to download a software then when you call the phone number they will able to track and feedback their current location. Surf the web you can find some of this software. Good luck
