Hi guys. I recently had raw anal sex with my girlfriend.

I started having small red spots the next morning all over on my penis glans that itches on and off, is it signs of an std?

Getting very worried as its been on for 2 days. It doesnt itch now though.

Does not look like an STD to me it could be nothing more than abrasion from penetrating an orifice that was not designed for sex.

If it does not go away within a few days I'd seek medical attention but otherwise I doubt if it's anything to worry about.

You don't get an STD from anal sex unless your girlfriend is infected with an STD to begin with.
