White spots on foreskin

there are some white spots on the tip of my inner foreskin that I recently discovered. I am not sure if the spots were there all along as I only recently just noticed it. There is no itch nor pain or anything out of the ordinary, just discovered it one day randomly while I was peeing.

The last time I had sex was about a year ago. Did protected vaginal sex and received unprotected oral sex.

Could I be having an STD?
